Q:  Why do I have to switch?

A:  In August 2008, NYMEX was acquired by CME Group. With the purchase, CME Group is pleased to now introduce CME E-quotes as a replacement so that all its customers are benefiting from the same world class quotes, charts and news application.

 

Q:  What happens to my billing?

A:  Thursday, January 1, 2009 will be your last date of billable service on NYMX Direct. Any remaining balance in your account will be refunded
to your credit card or sent via check. Please allow for up to 4 weeks to process all credits. CME E-quotes billing cycles run on the first of each month. Your first charge for CME E-quotes will be on February 1, 2009.

 

Q:  Can I continue paying annually?

A:  Unfortunately we will not continue support of annually prepaid accounts.
