You're seeing this message because the 'E-quotes Java Web Start Installer' ActiveX control is not yet installed on your computer.
In order to proceed, you must allow it to be installed.

Windows XP SP2, Vista, Windows 7 and 8 users: Look at the top of this page for a yellow bar that reads
